THE MECHANISM
No strings. No remote. No trick.
People always guess wires. There are none. A weighted base keeps her upright while flexible bristles do the walking, so she drifts across the floor the way a broom would if somebody invisible were pushing it.
She glows green once the room goes dark. And she runs on batteries, which is the least magical sentence on this page and the one we are proudest of.
Walks and keeps going on her own
Green glow that switches on after dark
Battery powered, no cords, no app, no setup
Why she outsells the plastic skeleton
Every house on the street has decorations. One house has a broom that moves.

BEFORE YOU ASK
The questions everybody sends us
Does she really move on her own?
Does she really move on her own?
Yes. Switch her on and she walks across the floor on her own. No remote, no phone, no one pushing her.
What powers her?
What powers her?
Batteries, which are not included so she is not sitting in a warehouse slowly draining. A fresh set runs her through a full Halloween night.
How bright is the green glow?
How bright is the green glow?
Bright enough to read as a glow from across a dark room, soft enough that it never looks like a torch. It comes into its own once the lights are off.
Will she work on carpet?
Will she work on carpet?
She is happiest on hard floors, tile, laminate, decking and smooth porch concrete. Thick rugs and uneven ground will slow her down.
When will she arrive?
When will she arrive?
Free shipping on every order. We dispatch within 3 business days and delivery runs 7 to 15 business days after that. Order by October 10 to have her in the house before the night itself, and if she lands after October 31 we refund you in full and you keep her.
Every house should have one.
Fright House stocks the one decoration people actually stop for. She arrives in October, she earns her keep for a night, and she goes back in the box until next year.
