Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no handling fee, and nothing added at checkout.

We dispatch within 3 business days. Delivery runs 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

We ship to 26 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe, and selected markets in Asia and Latin America. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Before Halloween, or your money back

Order by October 10 and your broom will be standing on the porch for Halloween. If it arrives after October 31, email us and we refund you in full. You keep the broom.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Send it back in the condition it arrived and we refund you.

To start a return, email broom.broom.us@gmail.com with your order number and tell us what went wrong.

If something arrives damaged or faulty

Email us a photo at broom.broom.us@gmail.com within 7 days. We replace it or refund you, your choice, and you will not pay return shipping.

Cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you the same day. Once it has shipped, treat it as a return.
